General Training Tips nos 14-17
Tip 14: Get physically in touch with the water with your hands and forearms, get hold of it, make it feel as thick as possible...
Tip 15: When you are training at moderate speed you are either training to get faster... or training to get slower. If you focus and take responsibility for your own stroke improvement, you will get faster; if you swim sloppily without any real thought or application, the bad habits you engrain will actually end up making you slower. The choice is yours!

Tip 17: Is this you? "Well, I'm 'kinda' streamlined", "Well, my elbow's 'kinda' high", "Well, I'm 'kinda' doing my best". If so, it's probably 'kinda' time to dump that attitude and replace it with some real self-discipline!
